1. 2021학년도 후기 학위수여식

일시 : 2022년 8월 18일(목) 10:30AM

장소 : 한양대학교 서울캠퍼스 교내 올림픽체육관

참석대상 : 학위수여자 및 가족, 지도교수

 ※ 코로나19 상황에 따라 학위수여식 진행 여부에 변동사항이 발생할 경우 재공지 예정입니다.(일반대학원 홈페이지 참조)

2. 학위기용 이름 확인 및 수정

학위기 제작을 위해 2022년 8월 5일(금)까지 본인 영문 이름을 확인하시기 바랍니다.

[HY in] → MY홈 → 기본설정 → 신상정보정정   

※ 학위기 재발행시 비용이 발생하므로(30,000원/1부) 학생의 full name이 정확하게 입력되었는지 다시 한 번 확인해주시기 바랍니다. (외국인 학생의 경우 반드시 확인 필요) 

3. 학위복 대여(및 반납)

석사 : 2022년 8월 17일(수) ~ 8월 18일(목) 09:00~16:00 (12:00~13:00 점심시간 가능)

대여 : 국제관 311호

반납 : 국제관 308호

※ 학위수여식 당일은 혼잡하오니 석사 학위가운은 전날 미리 대여 바랍니다.

※ 건물 출입 및 학위복 대여는 본인만 가능합니다. (신분증, 학생증 지참)

※ 학위복 대여시 쇼핑백 지참하여 주시기 바랍니다.

박사 : 개인별로 준비하여 착용 (가운, 후드, 모자)

학위복 대여업체 : 성의사 02-754-7650, 춘추사 02-312-6661

4. 학위기 배부

석사/박사 : 2022.08.17.(수)~08.18.(목) 09:00~16:00 (12:00~13:00 점심시간 가능) 국제관 307호

 ※ 석사는 학위복 반납 후 학위기 수령이 가능합니다.

※ 학위수여식 행사가 끝난 후 교무위원과 기념 사진 촬영이 가능합니다. 

(학위수여자 전원과 교무위원의 악수는 코로나19로 인해 생략됩니다.) 

※  학위기 배부기간 중 방문하여 받지 못하는 경우, 학위수여식 이후에 대학원교학팀에서 해당자에게 별도의 수령안내를 드릴 예정입니다.(예:우편수령 등)  

※  학위수여식 당일은 교내가 대단히 혼잡하므로 가급적 대중교통을 이용하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 2021 Graduate School Fall Commencement

Date : Thursday, August 18th, 2022 (10:30AM)

Place : Olympic Gymnasium in Seoul Campus, Hanyang University

Subject : Degree recipients, family members, and professors

 ※ We do not post personal photographs on homepage due to Act on the Protection of Personal Information(Article 15, 17). Please take pictures individually.

2. Confirm and Modify English Name

Please confirm your English name by August 5th(Fri.) on Hanyang Portal. It will be prescribed on your degree in English.

3. Rental/Return of Gowns

Masters : August 17th(Weds.) ~ 18th(Thurs.) 09:00~16:00 (avaiable during lunch time 12:00~13:00)

Rental : International Building #311

Return : International Building #308

※ We suggest you to rent the gown the day before since it will be very crowded on the day of ceremony.

※ Bring your student ID or ID card in order to rent the gown.

※ Bring your own shopping bag.

Doctors : You must prepare the gown individually (gown, hood, graduation cap)

4. Distribution of Degree

Masters, Doctors : August 17th(Weds.) ~ 18th(Thurs.) 09:00~16:00 (avaiable during lunch time 12:00~13:00)

 ※ Masters can get their degree after returning the gowns they borrowed.

* After the ceremony all of the degree recipients can take photos with the academic board.
